Digital Strategy & Operations

The Digital Strategy and Operations team leads user experience, web development, and project management efforts for University Communications. We conduct user research, architect digital experiences, provide content strategy, manage analytics, SEO and SEM, develop web sites, and manage projects. The team publishes the digital design system which is the digital version of the brand standards, manages the university's core website, and advises colleges, schools, and units about how to deliver and measure compelling user experiences.
